How to make your clinic page on UpcharHub
What goes on your clinic page
The page shows your name, qualification, clinic name, address, your photo, a photo of your clinic, your clinic hours if you choose, and a short "About you" note. You choose the short name: upcharhub.in/clinic/<short-name-you-choose>. It is completely separate from your patient records and never displays any patient information. You can change this link once every 30 days, and the old link keeps working.
Set it up in the app — or tell the assistant to do it
In UpcharHub, add your photo (AI finds your face and fixes crop and light only; nothing else changed), type your clinic hours, write a few words about yourself and tap "Write it for me" so AI drafts a short paragraph you check and edit, choose the address, and tick "Let patients ask for an appointment". Or ask the in-app assistant "make my clinic page" — it does the steps one at a time and asks you as it goes, though it cannot type your hours for you.
Going live and showing up on Google
Buy the clinic page in Plan & billing for ₹99/month incl. GST, on top of the UpcharHub plan (a week free, then ₹399 ₹99/month). The page is built after paying. Your registration certificate must be verified first. Most pages go live straight away; if yours needs a closer look (for example, a new photo), our team checks it, usually within a day or two. Google usually shows the page within 7 to 14 days, and our team messages you when it does. We do not promise a ranking or position on Google. If payment stops, the page comes down.
Appointment requests, not automatic bookings
If you tick "Let patients ask for an appointment", patients tap "Ask for an appointment", enter their name, mobile number, and preferred day and time, and confirm with a code on WhatsApp. It is a request, not a booking: nothing is held; you call them to confirm. Apart from that code, we do not message the patient. Requests appear on your Home screen, where tapping "Add to patients" makes their chart. For returning visits, you can set a WhatsApp follow-up reminder.

Do I need to know how to make a website?
No. You fill in a form inside UpcharHub or tell the in-app assistant "make my clinic page". It guides you step by step. There is nothing to build or host.
Will my clinic page show up on Google?
Google usually shows the page within 7 to 14 days. Our team messages you when it does. We do not promise a top ranking, a specific position on Google, or more patients.
Can patients book an appointment on the page?
Patients send an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. They enter their name, mobile number, and preferred day and time, and confirm with a WhatsApp code. Nothing is held on a calendar; you call them to confirm.
What happens if I stop paying for the clinic page?
The clinic page is an add-on at ₹99/month incl. GST, bought in Plan & billing. The main UpcharHub plan is ₹399 ₹99/month after a week free. If payment stops, the page comes down.
Can I change my page's link later?
Yes, once every 30 days. The old link keeps working.
Is any patient data ever shown on my clinic page?
