What Kabir does for you

A recurrent prescription set in one message
In the video below, a doctor types "create a recurrent prescription set for viral fever". Kabir lays out the medicines and doses the doctor asked for. The doctor reads them and taps Confirm. When the next fever patient walks in, the doctor types the complaint and taps the set. The prescription fills in, and the doses are the doctor's own.
What Kabir will never do
Kabir cannot see your patient records. It gives no medical advice and never picks a medicine. Only the doctor can use it, not the staff. You can send it up to 100 messages a day. For a quick how-to, you can also ask on WhatsApp and get the steps with a short video. Changes to your account always go through Kabir.

Does UpcharHub or Kabir create prescriptions or dispense medicines for patients?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
Can Kabir read my patient records or suggest a treatment?
No. Kabir cannot see patient records and does not give medical advice. It never picks medicines. The doses in a recurrent set are the ones you chose.
Can my front-desk staff use Kabir to change clinic settings?
No. Only the doctor can use Kabir.
Can I talk to Kabir by voice?
No. You type to Kabir, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Up to 100 messages a day.
How is Kabir different from UpcharHub's WhatsApp support?
WhatsApp support answers how-to questions with the steps and a short video. It cannot change anything in your account. For changes, it sends you to Kabir.
