How do I ask for the move?

Can I take my data out of UpcharHub later?
Yes. Open Reports and tap "Export all my data" to get one zip with every record and file. It is free, even after your plan lapses.
Does UpcharHub create prescriptions or sell medicines?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
